• Lead Architect
• Definition Foundational work for a global CSM/FSM implementation project
• Introduction of CSM Configurable Workspace
• Alignment with other CSM/FSM use cases on the same platform
• Alignment with business process optimization workstream
• Requirement gathering
• Definition of user stories, outlining technical solutions
• Representing the project in architecture committee in a multi-vendor environment
